Description

• Bring a smile and we will teach you to jump rope! 

• Learn single rope, 2 person 1 rope, Chinese wheel, traveler, double dutch, and long rope skills. 

• Wear work out clothing and good jumping shoes.

• Jump ropes provided for class and available for purchase to take home.

 

Performance for family and friends on final day of session!

 

No Class 12/24 + 12/31 - Winter Break
