USA Jump Stars – Jump Rope Class

Get ready to jump, learn, and have fun! USA Jump Stars is a high-energy class where kids build fitness, coordination, confidence, and teamwork skills. Jumpers of all skill levels will have opportunities to learn, practice, and improve in single rope, 2-person 1-rope, Chinese wheel, traveler, long rope, and double dutch. This class will focus on competition and performance style jump roping.

Classes are taught by Melinda Everett, National Jump Rope Champion, founder of USA Jump Stars, and head coach of the Coronado Speed Spinners Jump Rope Team, with more than 20 years of coaching experience.

Participants should wear athletic clothing and shoes and bring a refillable water bottle. All jump ropes provided for class.
