• Bring a smile and we will teach you to jump rope!
• Learn single rope, 2 person 1 rope, Chinese wheel, traveler, double dutch, and long rope skills.
• Wear work out clothing and good jumping shoes.
• Jump ropes provided for class and available for purchase to take home.
