Jump Rope Workshop February

Get ready for an action-packed, high-energy Jump Rope Workshop that will get kids moving, sweating, and smiling! 🪢✨

Participants will get their hearts pumping as they learn basic to intermediate jump rope skills, including single rope, partner skills (2-person/1-rope), Chinese wheel, traveler, long rope, and the always-exciting Double Dutch. Throughout the day, kids will also take part in fun, friendly jump rope competitions that encourage teamwork, confidence, and celebrating effort—not just winning!

This one-day workshop is led by Melinda Everett, National Jump Rope Champion and Head Coach of the Coronado Speed Spinners Jump Rope Team, who brings expert instruction, high energy, and encouragement to every jumper.

All experience levels are welcome—whether your child is brand new to jump rope or ready to level up their skills. Come jump, learn, compete, and have a blast! 🎉🪢
