USA Jump Stars promotes jump rope as a means for creating a healthy body and mind. Our focus is fighting childhood obesity and heart disease while developing personal values, team spirit and sportsmanship through competition, live performance and fun! This online zoom class focuses on single rope workouts, jump rope motivation, skills, routines, and fun interactions.
